1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website or booking a package through Aruviaa Travels, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.
2. Booking & Payment
- All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
- A minimum advance payment of 30% of the total package cost is required to confirm a booking, unless otherwise specified.
- The balance payment must be made before the specified due date, typically 15–30 days prior to travel.
- Prices listed on the website are indicative and subject to change based on season, availability and currency fluctuation for international packages.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 30+ days before travel: 10% of package cost deducted.
- Cancellations made 15–29 days before travel: 25% of package cost deducted.
- Cancellations made 7–14 days before travel: 50% of package cost deducted.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of travel: No refund.
- Airline, hotel and third-party cancellation charges (if any) will apply as per the respective supplier's policy.
4. Travel Documents
Travellers are responsible for ensuring they possess valid passports, visas, and any other travel documentation required for their journey. Aruviaa Travels is not liable for denial of boarding or entry due to invalid or missing documentation.
5. Changes to Itinerary
While every effort is made to adhere to the published itinerary, Aruviaa Travels reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to weather conditions, local restrictions, transport delays or other circumstances beyond our control, without prior notice.
6. Liability
Aruviaa Travels acts as an intermediary between travellers and third-party service providers (airlines, hotels, transport operators). We are not liable for any loss, injury, delay or damage caused by these third parties, except where required by applicable law.
7. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all travellers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellation, and loss of baggage, unless included in the package.
8. Website Use
All content on this website, including text, images and logos, is the property of Aruviaa Travels and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
